Haven't had any Hard Truth, not available in our area. But gotta grab your pick
we went to the launch party at the distillery and met the team, great time and great bourbons. My favorite: 4-grain.

So, make me smarter. Sweet mash uses fresh ingredients, sour mash uses some materials from an older batch. If that is correct, wouldn’t that mean all bourbons/ryes are either sweet or sour mash? Great review Judge
